    Corazon is a Corvallis gem. In my opinion it is the best restaurant experience in town. Nick and Luke are building something unique whether it be the wine or the food it’s all exceptional. They are both masters of their respective arts.

    Wine and different food can be intimidating, but Nick and Luke make you feel at home, no matter your wine or culinary background.

    “What a gem! This super cute wine bar has a great selection of wines with a great tapas menu! The ambiance is perfect and it really feels like being in Europe. My husband and I both tasted 5 different wines and we enjoyed them all! Additionally, we absolutely LOVED their cheese board, fideos, and lomo. The staff was very friendly, and our waitress, Julia, was great! This is going to be one of our new go-to date spots!”

We went to several in Portland, and every establishment was fabulous. So we knew we had to dine here when we came to Corvallis. I will be dreaming about that rabbit dish for a long time. The wine selection is the best in the valley with unique bottles from all around the world but with an emphasis on Mexican wine. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. This place is and will be the biggest success story of Corvallis. Trust.

    We’re lucky to have such a gem in Corvallis, the owner and staff take their wine seriously, and the food pairings are amazing! They even have my favorite bottle chilling in the fridge when they see my reservation! I bring all my friends and coworkers here. Highly recommended!

    I haven’t been to a restaurant quite like this, it felt so special having the chef bring us our food and actually having a genuine one on one with the server. Hard to find a place where you feel welcome. We’re already planning our next visit!
